Bond issue

I've made arrangements with absa about Bond payments since I've lost my job. I was soooo frustrated when they debited full amount from my account, while I have other things to pay. I had to wait for refund while my levies not paid. They never cared about charges. After all this confusion I was informed that I'm on areas because I didn't paid my bond. How possible is this?? More training needed
