Bond in Safe Custody

I paid R340k into my bond last year & owed nothing on my bond with the understanding that I will have access to my money when need be.<br> I then had a flexi reserve agreement which meant that I can access money when need be. A few months later I noticed that instalments are being deducted from the money I paid in and my available funds were reducing. I went into the bank & enquired they advised that the system still deducts my instalments even though I don't owe anything hence reducing what is available to me. I then asked if there is another option I can use that will prevent this because it is not fair that I am losing out on my own money even though I don't owe money on my bond, I fully understood that the insurance must be deducted, I couldn't understand why the instalments were also being deducted. I was advised by the consultant that I can put the bond in a safe custody, they willreverse all the instalments that were deducted & when I want to access my money all I have to do is come in with my pay slips they will process it and have access to funds in a few days not telling me it's a new app. I put it through & it was declined. This is not what I agreed to. Please help urge
