Bond cancellation

Been with ABSA for many years and had two bonds and 2 vehicle finances. But their service is pathetic. I lost out on two properties because they took forever to approve the bond even though I am a client. Ending up going to Investec where the service is much better. I am busy closing all my ABSA accounts but that also is a nightmare. I’m moving all my assets and bonds over to Investec but ABSA is taking forever to cancel the bond. They appointed Couzyns inc to cancel the bond but they are totally useless. I cannot contact them as they always in ‘meetings’ or the phone just rings. They never ever call back as promised l. Really disappointed in ABSA and the attorneys.
