BOND CANCELLATION

<p>My bond is paid up and I requested to cancel it. documents were sent to Hloans mid 2016. i had heard nothing to contacted cancellation department. they told me to phone the attorney instructed, who is in Pretoria, and I live in Benoni. could not reach attorney so contacted cancellation department again. asked them to follow up and have an attorney in Benoni instructed as that is where i live. i phoned again today and the answer is that they cannot get hold of the attorney. so now. no ***eon, no courier, no nothing. i think this is very unprofessional - 7 months later and still nothing.</p>
