Bond Attorneys appointed by ABSA not processing my documents since April

My bond was approved in April 2021. The transfer Attorney have been ready since then to lodge but cannot lodge as the transfer and the bond are considered simultaneous transaction. The bond attorneys are still not ready for bond registration even now. I am writing this email to register my dissatisfaction with regards to the pace at which my documents are being processed by bond attorneys appointed by ABSA who keep on promising that they will process my documents but even today nothing has been done. I understand that we are working under very difficult situation due to COVID but I fail to understand why process that has been started in APRIL is still not complete to date. Because of the small pace at which my document are being processed and promises that are not kept I had requested that I cancel the bond but was told its impossible at this stage. I have called ABSA and been referred back to the bond attorneys who is clearly not helping me. Can ABSA allow me to cancel this bond because I cannot wait any longer. Feel I'm being treated unfairly.
