Bond and Personal loan

Please help.I paid my Absa bond in complete in 2022.Sometime in September 2022 Absa said I am having an outstanding of R18 000.00.I paid that a ND was also advised at the bank to cancel the Absa insurance because I was having my own insurance. On the 5th December 2022 the cancelation forms was submitted to the Absa insurance department but they say I must pay R22000.00 which is the money accrued due to insurance. As a result the attorney can't proceed with the cancelation of the bond.Secondly I am having a personal bond with Absa which I am paying on monthly basis through Thumamina Debt Solutions but Absa handed me to their legal department for collections. I am now sitting with summons.Could you please help.
