Bond: Amount R500 000.00 H Alkema Account No. 80-6***

As a long standing client of Absa it is utterly unacceptable that it is an impossibility to obtain an appointment with a manager or person in charge dealing in Bond Queries.

After many emails and telephonic conversations I have still not received a satisfactory explanation why the available amount on my registered bond for R500 000.00 does not reflect the correct available flexi amount.

A face to face meeting would definitely be more beneficial in sorting out any misunderstandings that have occurred during this time. It would also cause less frustrations for all concerned.

If it is an age related concern then I can assure you there is enough policies and not to mention the value of my property to cover the outstanding bond amount.

Kindly treat this as an urgent matter to be resolved forthwith.
