Bond account payment

On monday 22 november i phoned the consultant on absa home loans for my bond acc on *** i wanted to pay up my areas amount asked the consultant how much was outstanding for me to pay he gave me an amount and i told him someone phoned me and gave me a different amount he said no its the amount he gave me i than made the payment for the amount he gave me. Tuesday morning i phoned back again to check if the payment reflect a different consultant assisted me and he said yes but there still a amount outstanding shocked i told him what the previouse consultant told me i asked for his name he said he only saw the notes made and cant see a name that was a lie because when u work in a call centre on ur notes ur name aprears but is this the consultants that work with our personal accounts giving wrong info almost made me go behind on my bond again i think the least absa can do for me as a loyal client is to give me a 1 month free on my bond account.
