Boitumelo the brand

<p>A lady who just turns the day around. She knows what customer service is, She serves the brand with passion, respect and a beautiful smile. As i was confused just after recieving unfriendly service when opening my account. Just standing and not knowing who to ask help from. Boitumelo just asked if i was ok, I explained my confusion and frustration. She stopped what ever she was doing, she came to help me from A-Z being very patient and friendly, i so wish she was the one helping me to open my new cheque account. She is the best! She is the ABSA brand! A leader! She is customer service her self! I can safely say i will come again to mall of Africa branch. </p>
