Bogus fee for internet banking

<p>I've just noticed INET/MOB FEE/FOOI on my account. I was never notified that Virgin Money was now charging to transfer money. All I got was information that they'd upgraded their online banking app. Every time I transfer money I'm charged R7.50. To make matters worse, it seems like the amount I can transfer has been reduced, forcing me to make several transfers. This is unacceptable for a band that prided itself on transparent and limited fees. </p>
