Blocking digital services due to unpaid "Fees".

Digital services block due to unpaid "fees". Please fix my Digital services I just used it a week ago, im now making additional payments towards my things and now i get throughn out of the app with that reason. Im not begin on anything with absa everything is up to date, as i say i pay more on my outstanding debt with absa. The app is my only way in order to do so. Thank.you
