Blocked payment

I moved my pay from FNB to Absa believing it's a good bank. Now I am inconvenienced..my pay was blocked pending Fica that I didn't know about, I brought necessary documents its been day 2 being sent from pillar to post..you are depressing me, I want money .I can't transfer..I can't withdraw..I worked for this money and already inconvenienced now am being told it's the technician fault. I want my app working and my money.
