Blocked Card
<p>so my sister got a new card like 5 months back and now they are telling her the card is blocked and she need to pay for a new card cos the person who gave her the new card gave her the whong one. why does she have to pay for it and whos fault is it here, what the hell is wrong with this bank mxm.</p>
