Blocked bank cards and app

I have business account with ABSA. We used to have personal banking managers who used to help with issues regarding business accounts. The last time i spoke to whoever they said was responsible for my accounts, I was sick to my stomach. She sounded like she was in bed sleeping. Today all my accounts are blocked. The previous guy who used to manage my accounts would call me to remind me before this even happened. I run a private practice. It's month end and now I have to go to the bank cause I won't be able to pay the salaries of people I employ. I think it would be best for me to just migrate to another bank...
