Blocked Bank account and ***** on my account

Zero star, there were transactions that I dont know happening on my account. I call ***** contact number on the same day 21 June 2024 that the transactions were taking place reporting about the money that was taken on my account, they stopped the card and gave the case number. On the 02 July if Im not mistaken they asked for the police case and affidavit, unfortunately I was in hospital and git discharges on the 8th July and went straight to the police station and send those things on the 9th July. On my account there were things that was going to debit on 25 June so on the 22 June I transferred the money to accomodate those debit orders but coming to my surprise received a message from one of those debits stating that insufficient funds. I logged on my app noticed that the money is there but my account dont know whether its blocked or what but I called absa bank 011 number asking for help went to Mount Frere branch they said they dont know whats wrong and called 011 number again but no help. The investigator of the ***** case always promising to call me back till today since the 16 July. So my account is blocked and about the case Im not getting help, do not know what to do as they are working in bank but not able to assist me.
