Blocked accounts from transferring funds

ABSA blocked my Flexi reserve from transferring funds to my cheque account without notice or ealier warning. I'm stranded with funds due to thier block.Only discovered this issue when I called Absa for the fourth time time and spent lots of airtime R140 on calling them from department to department yet I'm on thier so called Private Banking.
