Blocked account

This is the first time I have ever looked at a complaint page, and look how many there are for just one day! <br> I represent a preschool whose ABSA account was blocked WITHOUT WARNING and after attempting to close it first on my own with letters and IDs etc. from the other 2 signatories, then with 2 signatories, as advised, we were turned away again because ALL 3 signatories have to come to the bank to first FICA the account we want to CLOSE! I may not bring in the documents without them. Those 2 teachers have to find replacements to take over their classes, or make an extra journey on a Saturday for this purpose. We don't want to open an account
