Blocked Account

<p>My account was blocked on 17 August 2016 as a result of Rica. Wich was not my fault as I take my papers to my local branch in May 2016. On thursday 18 August I again took all documents to the Branch. I've got a bussiness and my bank account is very imported for my bussiness. From Thursday till now (Thursday 25 August 2016 12h15) nobody can tell me when my account will be unlock and I can use my account and withdraw money for my bussiness. I think personally as a client for more than 16 years at Absa this is the worst service a client can get</p>
