Blocked Account.

It has been a year now that I am struggling to use my account due to Absa blocking it for no apparent reason, and when I called to ask what it was for, it is said due to ***** yet no one at the branch can show me what ***** was happening or where the person's prove was that I I ****med her/him out of money. They just block accounts without any concrete prove. This is unacceptable, I need my money as I have worked hard for it. I would have understood if the person that reported my account, showed them prove that I ****med them, yet nothing. I need this fixed ASAP!!!
