I opened my card few days ago my account got blocked today for a transaction that I am aware of and I did confirm everything yet they don't want to help me unblock it

07 Jul 2023, 22:52the account got unblocked today was at the branch the whole day the only thing that couldn't get resolved is the R370 payments of cashsends it is claimed that they were canceled by the ***** department when they locked my account but since the issue is resolved where is the R370 cash sends for they were suppose to reflect back to me the owner and people who I sent it to cant use them and they want their payments I want it back
