Blocked

I tried doing telephone banking and I entered the correct pin and then it said: Your pin has been blocked. Went to bank to reset pin earlier this week I think it was Monday 14 Dec. I had card reset and Lady said she will take off block on the card. Back home still not working. I called the Call Centre and they could not help. Called the HOffice and was put back to the call centre. Went back to bank and lady tried helping but was a little unsure as to what has to be done but she helped the best she could. After another reset of pin get back home. Still blocked. No one in any Absa branch or call centre can help. So what now?Do we just take all to onother bank and home for a better service ?
