Block my account without proper investigation

I'm so disappointed with Absa. They blocked my account from hearsay. Then they blocked people's account I did business with. Now their account is blocked. I need their to unblock the other person's account and deal with my account. I also wanna know the person who reported my account so that they can tell me when did I ever de*****ed them
