Block my account without notice!

I tried to log my online banking with ABSA just now, to discover they locked my account?<br> <br> The online message says I must goto my local branch to have it unlocked?<br> <br> ABSA, could you please advice, will you be paying for my time, I need to spend WAITING in your terrible branch near me to have your issues resolved? I have never ASKED you to lock my stuff, not was I notified.<br> <br> Please Advice? I strongly consider moving all my remaining business to FNB now. I don't have time for this. Your local branch is ALWAYS slows and massive queues.
