Block account and no one to assist

Filled in petrol just to find out the card don't go through, get to the office just to find the account has been block because of FICA reasons.<br> I phoned absa for assistance and they told me everyone has left and no one can assist me. How do you block a business account without any notification or phone call and then no one is able to assist!!!!<br> I went from the one department to the other , I was on the phone for more then an hour, with no assistance at all. I WILL close my account, not that it means anything to you. I just think this is the worst service I ever received...you can't just close a business account running for 3 years because you want it FICA papers, without any phone call, any email....how the hell do you operate ?????? and everyone just goes \eish
