Blast from the past, and not the good kind

I received and sms this morning that I had to pay R60 towards a credit card I had with Absa back in 2006. I haven't had any dealings with absa for many years in any way shape or form. I called them to query why I still owe them on the cc. I was asked security questions for details that are now 14 years old. The only details which has stayed the same is my ID number. Since I don't have these details, they say they cannot complete the query. So they are asking me to pay R60 for a 14yr old debt which I'm fairly certain has been prescribed, as I have made no promise of payment in the last 3 years, and they refuse to speak me telephonically or otherwise as I cant answer their security questions. I will not pay for a prescribed debt, where I might add a judgement was placed against me when i could not honour the repayments back in 2000 whenever. I did call their debt collection dept, my number was taken and I was told a team leader would call me back asap. Almost an hour later and no call back as yet. Please respond and help me to sort this.
