blacklisted with no reason

My name is Johannes Mafanyolle. I am an Uber and Bolt driver, and my income depends completely on my ability to work every day. Recently, ABSA blocked my account/profile for reasons I do not understand. I was never given a clear explanation or proper communication.

Because of this blockage, I cannot do important things I need to manage my work and personal life. This situation is affecting my ability to earn a living and support myself. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
