Blacklisted for cheque account I never have.

Hello Peter .I am named Howard Mandlenkosi Gouws from Mosselbay western cape province.

Around 2015/2016 I have opened the Cheque account and I was waiting for the notification to inform me for signing and collection of the card by any absa branch in Mosselbay. And I never received any notification by means of email and or telephone till to date right. Yet after few years I happen to receive multiple calls from Nimble Collection Company stating that I owe ABSA an amount of R6900. 00 and something cents. And I kept on explaining to Nimble Collection Company that I have no cheque account with ABSA and explaining how did that process goes, and they keep on advising what I need to do and finally I went to ABSA branch in Langerberg Mall met with the Branch Manager and I expressed myself regarding the issue of the cheque account. The branch Manager then lodged the case and enquire and work around it whilst sitting in the office with the Manager at the time. But I was told that I will be notified of the outcomes of the issue and we can take it from there as and when it comes to our attention. I am still awaiting on the Manager for the progress in my complaint till to date.

Absa has blacklisted my name as a bad debtor and I am disgusted by the Nimble Collection Company by multiple calls on weekly basis For the same issue requesting me to make payment arrangements. Can you help me with the blacklisting of my name by ABSA . secondly can you please help me with the Nimble Collection stop annoying me with so many calls thirdly can you help me with clearing of my name from blacklisting by absa and resolve this cheque account story. Please free me from these chains by ABSA.

I never signed and collect any absa cheque account from any branch in Mosselbay. I believe it's unfair for Absa to blacklist my name with the account I never signed for collection and used their cheque account. I feel like I want the law to take it's cause as I would like to persuade the court with lawyer's to this issue if on this platform I am not getting help.

If ABSA and Nimble Collection Company think and believe to have a case against me then they can go ahead and open one for me and I am ready to fight to the grave. I pleading for your help to clear me off from these chains by absa and nimble collection.
