Blacklisted Because of Absa

I have recently found out that im blacklisted due to an "instant loan" I took out at absa 2years ago, I found out as I wanted to apply for a credit card at absa, I then went to absa to get it cleared they then confirmed its cleared and sent my details to the credit bureau for it to be cleared it was cleared after 30days now when I try applying again it still reflects the instant loan and they called to say I haven't settled it and its highly impossible as I couldn't have closed my absa account if I still had outstanding credits, kindly assist.
