Black listed for money not owed

I realised on 11.04.2016 that I have been listed by Absa for an amount of R2M, for a home completely administrated by my ex husband - I had no access to any of the accounts after separation - which has in the meantime been sold (at least 6 months ago)<br> <br> I have never in the entire time we owned the property had any communication from ABSA and still don't. I tried to resolve this the decent way by contacting Vusi & the customer care line, but unfortunately there is no sense of urgency - Vusi is not even answering his calls, no matter when I call. <br> <br> I need this resolved immediately, please. There is no R2M outstanding and I expect my name cleared with immediate effect.
