BITTERLY UNHAPPY

I am in a very bad situation. I HAVE INSURANCE on my accounts. I left work due to all the back opps I've had now because it says due to ill health ABSA are telling me to fill out so many forms. I have unemployment insurance. I'm unemployed. I've been sending mails since NOVEMBER no one cares a darn to help me. I'm a single mom no income with insurance and can't get help. PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HAVE A HEART AND INTERVENE
