Billy and accounts deception

<p>Have a credit limit set on my virgin money card. Direct debit set for the full outstanding monthly balance due. One cannot understand how they have deceived with by setting a fixed limit yet they claim one has gone beyond the limit. Not sure what the purpose of a limit is if it is fixed it's not possible to go over the limit.</p>
