I was contacted by an absa sale agent who told me I qualify for a credit card and told it was approved and told to collect the card at the bramfontain branch wen I went to collect the card I was told they needed to do employment checks which should have been done before I collected the card from the branch and went to the branch I wasn't given the card cause they could not get in touch with HR i was never givn a card but i have service charges over 300 i have contact the call centre and spoke to mmavho at 18.00 who advised she esc the matter and still had the nerve to askif i willlpay the fees i was told i started getting charged once the card was send to the branch i was told they can c the branch cancelled the card but i am active and being charged for a service that i am not getting i was under the impression that everything was cancelled and sms\s telling me the service was cancelled i never signed for a card absa acted *********ly this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth if i was not contacted by another sales pitch this would not have come to my attention no letter no calls no emails nothing really poor service i am really ****ed off by this service"
