Billing Incompetence

Paying my Virgin Credit card has never been MORE DIFFICULT!!! <br> Such a minor thing, they just cannot do correctly. A while back, I called in to increase the limit of my monthly repayment amount so that I cleared my debt off with them a bit faster than the 20 years it would take at the minimum monthly repayment rate. <br> I asked them if they could add an extra R100 onto the amount owed. Easy enough one would think - No! <br> So, I asked if they couldn't just add 20% onto the repayment amount so that I could pay in extra - No!<br> So, eventually I put in a set amount of R670 p/m.<br> A few months after it had been paid off, I realised I was out of pocket, so I doubled checked everything and found out that even though I owed Virgin Money nothing, they had been deducting R670 p/m AFTER THE CARD HAD BEEN CLEARED!<br> I then told them to cancel the R670 p/m and run a normal debit amount. Since then, the debit order has been cancelled completely and even though they have my debit order details have still not re-instated the debit order. They mess me around every month - today's call was to tell me that a payment is overdue! Save me! Really? Just debit the ****** account properly! It's not Rocket Science!
