BIlling for Internet Banking

Good day,

please advice, i called absa bank a month after i started banking with them to ask what is internet banking fee, no one was able to explain that fee to me, i went to the branch and asked them and they said they don't know about that fee and as far as they know i am not supposed to be charged for banking on the internet. Now i see the last charge was R114.40, so i just want to know what is this charge for and how its calculated. the previous bank i was banking with i never used to pay for internet banking fee. Can somebody who knows and understands please call me and explain this?
