Billing for a business account taken from a personal account!!

Our business account was credited from a personal account without any call or communication for such action. So called Mrs /Mis Moolar did such transation with out our consern. What kind of a service is this? . like when people from the bank have authority to debit account without the onwer's consern?. R35000 is taken just like that.. May the manger contact us and explain such action..
