Billing

I cancelled credit life early February but the money was deducted in March. I called absa a couple of times, the 1st contact center agent said she would she could see the policy was cancelled but went off and that I would be refunded. I've called every week since then and no one is able to explain why the transaction went off or when I'll be refunded.
