Billing
I opened an account last year, the lady told me over the phone to take R50 to the branch to activate the account. I did not do that so according to me the account is not activated. I got a statement that show I owe R300 in bank charges and they keep sending me sms's to call them. I am so tired of ABSA, this is not the firs problem I had with them. I am so glad I did not take my banking to them.
