I was offered a cheque acc by the clearwater branch about a year or so ago, all was well until i did not have funds in my account. Now i have an exorbitant outstanding fee because they were quick to tell me amount the Benefits of the cheque account they forgot to mention the disadvantages, which are that your account keeps pilling up when its on negative, monthly charges and negative charges. Im more than willing to pay the monthly acc fees but please look into the other charges and review. I also want to cancel the account as i cant be charged for something that's currently not in use.
