Billed inactive account
My account has been inactive for over a year, but I still get statements every month and on those statements I am billed. How do you bill an inactive account? I read the terms and conditions of ABSA, and supposedly an inactive account is closed after 10 weeks if there are no deposits into the account. How long do ABSA plan on keeping this account open?
