Biggest wast of time and most useles Bank Ive ever witnessed.

These People are the biggest time waisters i have ever experienced in the past 12 years, they pre approve me for a credit card, they waste a massive amount of time of mine, they get me to send verification documents like 5 times after having spoken to one of their salespersons for almost 2 hours, and they do not even have the slightest bit of decency or courtesy to let me know that even though ive been pre approved they have rejected my application.
