BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE!!!!

Moving to this bank is the worst mistake I have made in my life! This saga has been going on for over two months. I app**** for an ABSA account online. I was given the lowest end account. Complain. Upgraded to Private Client. Meet with Private Banker. Can we take over your vehicle finance? Put a financial advisor in touch with you? Credit Card? I had to get THREE settlement letters from MFC because ABSA cannot do anything within a period of 21 days and the letters expire after 7 days. Next Step Credit Card. I am told that card division is waiting for my financials. HOW THE HELL DID THEY APPROVE THE VEHICLE FINANCE if the bank does not have my financial information? Private Banker Carol Nkumane does not answer calls and her secretary Julie has just emailed me saying that the credit card app is at "the FICA stage". Credit card Division says they dont have my financial information. Honestly its like running a creche. If that card is not at the Claremont branch within 48 hours I will transfer my vehicle finance back to MFC and close my account with ABSA.
