BIGGEST JOKE "SA'S NUMBER ONE BANK"

I wish there was a negative rating. ABSA would be first in line to get it. For a bank to say "SA's nunber one bank" is the biggest ******* i have EVER heard. I have been a business banker with absa for 2 years, i had the option to go with standard bank as i am a private banking client with them, however Absa seemed to offer me more. Biggest mistake of my life. I have had my business banker ( useless facility) changed 6 times, my current banker , Kasthuri who sits at the Umhlanga Ridge office, is as good as a dead doornail, she never ever answers her phone, if she surprises does, she says i will call you back, 2 weeks and i am still awaiting a call back. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
