Big thumbs up for Ncumisa!
During a very trying time with ABSA recently blocking my account whilst I am overseas, I wanted to mention Ncumisa, who was working in the call centre (+27 82 135) on 19 May when I called in. Ncumisa, you tried your very best to help me, in a ridiculous situation. Thank you for keeping your cool when I was upset, and for understanding how and why I was so frustrated. You don't have an easy job in difficult situations; I am grateful for your efforts.
