If anybody wants a hospital plan please do not go to ABSA bank as they are *****ed. My mom passed away 3 months ago and they still refuses to pay out. Everytime we bring the required documents they find fault and request other documents. It was so easy for them to take money on a monthly basis for the plan to stay active now that I require it to pay out they are refusing. I would not advise anyone to take out any sort of life cover, funeral or any other plan as you will come to regret it later.
