Big disappointment

I am very disappointed with Absa. I am still waiting for an email that was promised to me on the 14 October 2020. I phoned on 16 October 2020 and was told that they sent it the 15th. I still have not received the email and it's almost a week later. I wanted this arrangement to be completed by my next pay day which is Saturday, 24 October 2020.
