Big companies benefits out of ppls miseries

Ive sent an email regarding my ABSA premiums that I would like to dispute and cancel the policy as I can't afford to pay it no more coz am going through difficulties since they said they will ask a consultant to assist me then later they say I cannot dispute but I never claimed with u guys so I need my premiums back as I never gaved u guys a hardtime in paying is dis how u guys eat the needies I never asked for my situation this pendemic has got everyone involved so I need a refund for my premiums
