BEYOND WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

If there’s a company that will spend over 40mins transferring you from department to another instead of dealing with a query it’s Absa! I’ve been with other banks before and this is the worst service I’ve received thus far. No sense of urgency regardless of anything. No empathy whatsoever!
