Beyond livid
A call center agent called me on Friday 07:33am regarding my card delivery. I asked her to call me after 30 min as I was in a noisy place but she never called back. I called again around 1:00pm during my lunch , I advised she calls me back if the line disconnects , and she also never called me . I’m really disappointed on the customer service experience, there is honestly zero care for the clients . I just want confirm my delivery address , but it seems impossible
