Beyond furious

I have been dealing with an estate on behalf of some of the beneficiaries, and the service received is absolutely appalling! The beneficiaries received payment from the estate in March, (upon which one of the beneficiaries received the incorrect amount, a massive difference of R10 000) but money was kept back for SARS... We are now November, this 8 MONTHS later and the only response I get is that the bookkeepers are following up... Bull****! No one is following up! It's time for this estate to be completely handled and solved
