BEWARE: This is my SECOND complaint about ABSA Vehicle & Asset Finance in less than 6 months!!

We are writing this review to (once again) warn consumers about the lacklustre service from ABSA Vehicle & Asset Finance.

We settled our vehicle more than a month ago AND STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE REGISTRATION PAPERS!!

I've made numerous requests from them to confirm when the registration papers will be sent to the Northmead Square branch but they simply do not get back to me.

This is my second complaint about ABSA Vehicle & Asset Finance on hellopeter.com in less than 6 months!!

ABSA your service is absolutely terrible and I am now convinced more than ever that I should refrain from doing any business with you going forward. I will be moving my homeloan to another bank as well. We simply cannot continue to accept your bad service.

I settled my vehicle finance account with ABSA over a month ago, but I still don't know when I will receive the registration papers.

Where to from here??
